Chicago based artist Bruce Riley’s poured resin paintings have bright colors and cell-like forms interacting to create psychedelic compositions that look something like neon close-ups of microscopic cells.
Riley describes his process: “I’ve become comfortable working with processes that are difficult to control so accident dictates the paintings direction as much as intention does if not more.”
