Andrea Minini’s “Animals in Moiré” Illustrations

Moiré is the visual interference caused by overlapping lines in different densities, and normally considered an unwanted element of distortion when viewing images on TV screens. Italian based illustrator, Andrea Minini, arranges thin and winding groups of lines to emulate moiré, turning it’s normally undesired effect into bold, and stark animal illustrations.
