You do genuinely want to tap these people on the shoulder and say “Take a break now. You really need to take a break.” Life really is too short for the wrong job. It does sound like a line from a self-help book, but it’s absolutely true. The wrong job is the job that sucks your soul out, that leaves you dreading Monday morning in the same way that you might dread pending brain surgery. The wrong job is one where you could rack your brains all day without being able to name a single thing that was good about the job.
And personally, I don’t think anyone should ever have to endure something like that. There will always be everday annoyances and niggles, things you’d change if you could, irritating co-workers, but there’s a difference between that and profound misery. The graduate jobs market is tough and you will need to compromise but never go so far as to settle for a job that’s going to make you ill. It’s not worth risking your health.
You really make it appear so easy along with your presentation however I
in finding this topic to be really something which I feel I’d by no means understand. It sort of feels too complex and very vast for me. I am looking forward in your subsequent submit, I’ll try to get the hold of it!
